Prices were skewed by the eleven waterfront homes (ten residential and one condominium) sold between Dash Point and the northeastern shore of Commencement Bay; these closed for an average price of $892,000 and a median price of $775,000.

Fifty-four waterfront homes sold at Tacoma over the 15 months. These included 25 condominium units sold for an average $500,000 and a median $455,000; and 29 residential homes at an average $601,000 and a median price of $430,000. The busiest months for waterfront sales were July and August, each with seven homes sold.
